SUN Returns & Exchange Policy

At SUN, every piece is crafted with care to bring you comfort, style, and a little sunshine ✨. Since we put in extra steps to confirm your fit, we follow a strict no-returns policy. Please read the details below before placing your order.

No Returns
Once an order is placed with your selected size, our team will give you a call to reconfirm your body measurements.
After this confirmation, we do not accept returns on the order.

Exchanges
We accept exchanges only in the following cases:
Size Issue – If the product you received does not fit, you may request an exchange for a different size (subject to availability).

Fabric/Quality Issue – If the product is defective or has a fabric fault, we will happily exchange it for the same style.

Exchange Conditions Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of delivery.

The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with tags intact.

Exchanges are processed once the returned item passes our quality check.

SUN covers the cost of shipping the replacement item back to you.
